Refund Policy
Effective Date: 16 June 2025
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for programs offered by RISE Global Education, operated by INSIGHTRISE EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. Upfront Payment Requirement
All programs must be paid for in full before participation begins. Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds only if requested before the official start date of your enrolled program.
Refund requests must be:
1: Submitted in writing via email to contact@riseglobaleducation.com
2: Received before 11:59 PM IST on the day prior to the program's scheduled start date
Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, engagement, or personal circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• The student fails to attend sessions
• The student drops out mid-program
• The student is removed for misconduct or academic dishonesty
• Requests received after the program has started
4. Mentorship Fees
Mentors do not pay any fees to participate and are not eligible for refunds. They are paid for their work according to separate contractual agreements.
5. Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.
6. Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
