Yogi is an aerospace engineer and researcher with a PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, specializing in experimental and computational aerodynamics. His research focuses on laminar separation bubble dynamics, low-Reynolds-number airfoil optimization, and fluid–structure interactions for next-generation rotorcraft and UAV applications, with work published in the Journal of Aircraft and presented at major AIAA forums. Alongside his research, he has extensive experience mentoring undergraduate students through academic tutoring, supervised research projects, and team leadership roles, including guiding students in aerodynamics, control systems, numerical simulation, and experimental methods.
