Teaching & Mentoring Experience
I have worked for Lumiere Education for around 2.5 years where I've mentored around 8 students across multiple cohorts and have led projects in neuroscience, epigenetics, cancer and other diseases. I worked 3-4 hours per week. During the program, I was able to publish two different peer-review articles with my students. I also mentor middle and high school students with the Society of Hispanic Engineers for 3.5 years. I facilitated monthly STEM labs for which I dedicated 2-4 hours.
