Teaching & Mentoring Experience
I have 1:1 mentoring experience with two high school students over six months at approximately one hour per week per student, and I have also volunteered for the Cornell Tech K–12 program for a combined total of about 20 hours. As a Graduate Student Researcher from August 2022 to January 2024, I mentored 5 undergraduate students in Fall 2022 (20 hours), 8 undergraduate students in Spring 2023 (35 hours), and 14 undergraduate, 2 master’s, and 2 PhD students in Fall 2023 (25 hours) across a range of human computer interaction research projects. In addition, I have TA'd three courses, including INFO 4505/5505 Computing and Global Development (Spring 2024), INFO 5340 Virtual and Augmented Reality (Fall 2024), and INFO 5368 Practical Applications in Machine Learning (Spring 2025), where I provided instruction, grading, and student support.
