About

Hatim is a Rhodes Scholar pursuing a PhD in law and finance at the University of Oxford. He previously completed the Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford and a Master of Management Science at Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar, where he specialized in international relations. He also holds dual undergraduate degrees in commerce and law from the National Law University, Gandhinagar. Alongside his academic research, he has six years of teaching experience and has served as a professor at a law school, combining scholarly work with sustained engagement in legal education.
